課程概述

International Business Strategy (IBS), as a required course for IB students, is to provide a strategy framework for effectively managing multinational enterprises (MNEs) to create and realize values in a changing global environment. This course is designed as an integrated learning platform to help students enhance strategic thinking and formulation capabilities to capture growing opportunities in the regional and global arenas. (Taught in Mandarin; 中文授課) 

課程目標
 1. Guide participants to analyze global, country and industry environment for business organizations;
2. Familiarize participants with international business strategy and entry decisions through case studies;
3. Conduct a research project on a real MNE and practice written and oral communication skills.
